“ Amazing food, customer service is top notch, and the atmosphere will "WoW" that date you are taking here, also great size to bring your family, too! “ First time at Roja over the weekend. I made a reservation ahead of time and we were seated right away. Chips and Salsa were good, nothing special. Our drink order was taken and brought out within minutes. My husband ordered a Combo plate, the Vaca Real. It includes the Beef version of an Enchilada, Chile Relleno, and Tostada. He said everything was seasoned well, Relleno was the right consistency, liked the rice & beans. The clear winner for him was the Tostada on the house made shell! I was excited because they have a fairly extensive vegetarian menu! I also went with a Combo, the Antonio. The Enchilada was full of chopped veggies and although I'm not generally a fan of Verde sauce, theirs was excellent! Veggie Taco was pretty basic but tasty, as were the rice and black beans. I think I'm gonna have to try a Tostada next time as well. Ended with the El Tradicional Marg. It comes with a disclaimer cuz it's strong and tart but to me it just tasted like a real drink. I do love tequila though... Food came out quickly, about 10 minutes. Service was great, our server Isidro seemed to be everywhere at once. We are excited to return! ”
“ HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO EAT!!! We stayed at a hotel near and went to a few restaurants, Rojas was phenomenal! From the drinks (Cabo Wabo Fresh Margaritas) and food, to a great experience with Enrique our server!!! Will most definitely recommend and come back to every single time my family and I visit Omaha! “ Roja has been one of my go to Mexican places for fajitas for years. I always go for the steak fajitas because you just can’t go wrong with them. When the skillet hits the table, it crackles like fireworks. The visuals were electric: marinated strips of steak, red and green peppers, onions all dancing in hot oil. The scent alone could’ve been a meal. Roja doesn’t skimp. You get enough meat for 3 solid tortillas, plus enough peppers and onions to keep it balanced. The sides, rice and beans, were flavorful and comforting, not just filler. Bottom line: Roja’s fajitas are more than dinner—they’re a celebration on a plate. Trust me: go hungry, fire-roasted spirit ready, and leave with a grin (and maybe a food coma). Keep the hot skillet coming. ”
“ We were super impressed with the food and the service and it was above our expectations! The portion sizes were generous and they put a lot of effort into the presentation as well. I had the nachos and my husband had the chili rellenos and they were delicious! The gluten-free menu had several choices to select from, which is exceptional to find at a restaurant. Our server Kayla was a rockstar and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met with my food allergies. We will definitely be back again. ”
“ Great food and fantastic service! Went here with a group of nine women celebrating a bride-to-be. After our pole dancing party we were ready to relax with a few margaritas and good food, and we weren't disappointed. We had a reservation and were seated right on time. Our server was incredibly patient and attentive. She earned her tip on this busy Friday night. The pulled chicken Flautas are amazing. LOVE the green chilies with the chicken and green chili rice. The prickly pear marg is yummy but a little too sweet for my liking. The spicy margarita (jalapeno) was a big hit with our group. The atmosphere is fun. Lots of color and cool wooden sculptures everywhere. Overall a great experience! ”
“ Went to Roja tonight for the first time in years with my husband. Got guacamole and shrimp ceviche as our appetizers. It was 10/10, along with our food. Definitely will be coming back more often! The hosts were very kind and our server Anna was phenomenal. Great service, great server, and AMAZING FOOD. ”
“ Roja is always a great choice for dinner! The chips and salsa are so good that by the time my dinner came, I was already full, but still enjoyed the meal. My favorite drink is the Mexican Flag, I get it every time I go. The peach margaritas are also fantastic. ”
